1 cup of Oatmeal (if you are gluten free be sure they are labeled or they may be cross contaminated)
2/3 cup of coconut flakes OR 2/3 cup of finely chopped walnuts (my son doesn’t like coconut so we use the walnuts)
1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter (I use organic peanut butter)
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup chocolate chips or Cacao chips
1/3 cup of honey
1TBSP of Chia Seeds
Mix together and let sit in the fridge for at least 15 minutes. Roll into small balls, store in an airtight container in the fridge.Share this . . .
