Even the kids will love this one!
I am not much of a breakfast person so having a smoothie is perfect and nutritious. Don’t be afraid to add flax oil or what ever other supplements to want
3/4 cup of vanilla almond milk
5 Ice Cubes
2 tspsf Cacao Powder or Cacao chips
2 Tbsp of Peanut Butter or your favorite nut butter
Put all ingredients into blender and process till smooth.
